Things in NYC

New York City has many things to offer. There are hundreds of shopping areas, restaurants,shows etc. For everyone who has nothing to do over the summer, here are some places to hang out and explore. If you like strolling around by yourself or with friends, then you can go to Times Square. There you will be able to find fun stores and mini malls, restaurants, some strange people (like the Naked Cowboy), and Broadway plays. The streets are always busy and youʼll never get bored. There are places like The Hard Rock Café, designer stores, fun little shops with collectables and more. Going with friends will make the trip so much more fun. -If you are a “shopoholic”, then 5th Ave is your kind of place. There you will be able to Shop Till You Drop. There are countless stores and din­ing areas around for you to enjoy and see. -From there you will be able to travel to places like Central Park and Madison Square are great places to tour with many photo ops. You can relax or just wander for a very long time in the tranquil yet adventurous section of Manhattan. -Other that Shopping and touring, you can visit museums like the Natural History, MOMA, The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, The Lower Eastside Tenement Museum, and The Ellis Is­land Immigration Museum. There you will be able to find a lot of the worldʼs history and look at cool art work. -Go Listen to Music from around the World from places like Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. There you can listen to music that can teach and inspire you.-Last but not least, there are many interesting food place to go to. You can go to very fancy restaurants with your family, like French cuisine at Pastis or Japanese food at Hiro. You can find many different cuisines to eat simply by roam­ing the streets of Manhattan.
