BSGE beat Academy of Television and Film 20-0 in four innings on Monday, March 30th at Big Bush after a 14-run explosion in the third inning. Two of those runs came from a two-run home run by Senior Kara Fallon.
Junior Nina Don and Sophomore Claire Bergerson also hit home runs in the game. Don finished 3 for 3 with 2 RBIs and a walk. Bergerson finished 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
Junior Emily Costa recorded the win for BSGE tossing four innings of shutout ball. She struck out nine, walked one and surrendered two hits.
BSGE Lady Sting are 1-0 this season.
